The Florida Music Festival & Conference laid the roots for a generation of musicians and music industry students to develop their craft in an eclectic and embracing music scene. With the advent of digital technology the music industry has evolved and expanded on the internet, while contracting on the street and local music scene level. The Florida Music Conference aspires to offer a weekend of Concerts, Conferences and Conversation to help propel the next generation of artists, aspiring industry and digital tastemakers boasting Florida roots.
Welcome to the legendary Ace Cafe Orlando (formerly The Edge)
The Florida Music Conference is excited to name the historic Ace Cafe Orlando the Official Conference & Festival host for FMC2022. In the early '90s, when the venue was opened as THE EDGE, everyone from the Foo Fighters, Sublime, Pearl Jam, Dave Matthews Band, Counting Crows, Nine Inch Nails, Courtney Love, Matchbox Twenty to Dogstar (Keanu Reeves) all rocked the legendary indoor stage, or out back in 'The Shed' of which has since been replaced by the outdoor Yuengling Mainstage produced by Axis Productions & Events.
Since reopening their doors as Ace Cafe Orlando, the venue has hosted acts indoors and in The Backyard such as The Wailers, Everclear, Currency, Pennywise, Colt Ford and more.
